Return Policy

We are very confident that our fine jewelry will surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange.

Please follow the following procedures to return your jewelry item(s):

  1. Fill out the Return Form completely (included with the original shipping documents or download from this site).
  2. Enclose a copy of the original invoice.
  3. Enclose certificates, grading papers, and appraisals if applicable. A 15 percent restocking charge will apply if any of these documents are not returned.
  4. Ship the package via the United States Postal Service Registered Mail (insured for the total value of the contents), and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
  5. Do not write “jewelry” or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package. Send your package to:

  7. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will inspect the returned items.
  8. Please allow ten (10) business days for a refund or credit to be issued for your return. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  9. Items returned for exchange will be billed $20 for additional shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

*The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
*The sales tag attached to the jewelry must not be removed. If the tag is removed from
the jewelry, the merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Items that have been worn and/or damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
*Shipping charges are not refundable.
*Returns without a copy of the original invoice will be given a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
*All refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
*If your order included the free shipping option, your refund will be $20 less than the original purchase price.
*Custom orders and engraved items are final sale items and cannot be returned.
*Reduced or sale items are final and are not returnable.
